The 26-year-old has made two appearances so far this season in the Papa John's Trophy, and 33 overall since joining the Iron from Mickleover Sports in 2018.
This is his third loan spell away, following stints at Dundee and Hamilton in the Scottish Premier League, and he could make his debut in Altrincham's home match against Aldershot Town on Saturday.
