New Zealand have confirmed their squad for the upcoming World Cup Intercontinental Playoff matches against Peru, and it includes Iron midfielder Clayton Lewis.

The recent arrival, who has 11 full caps to his name, will be in contention to play for his country against the World No 10 home and away as they battle for a place in the 2018 World Cup, which will be held in Russia.

The All Whites will face Peru on Saturday, 11th November at Westpac Stadium in Wellington before travelling to Lima for the away leg on Wednesday, 15th November at Estadio Nacional de Lima.

As a result, Lewis will miss United’s home clash against Bristol Rovers and the FA Cup first round replay against Northampton Town.
