Scunthorpe United and Iron Events is pleased to announce a new, three-year pouring rights partnership with Heineken UK and Quando Drinks.

The partnership allows for a significant amount of investment in the pouring and dispensing equipment at the Attis Arena in the cellars and bar areas, ensuring a vastly improved quality of service throughout the stadium.

There will also be a reinvigorated range of drinks available for fans, including Birra Moretti, Cruzcampo and Inch’s Cider.

Head of Hospitality and Events Kelvin Stanford said: “This is a significant deal financially for the club and the long-term deal gives us stability in this area. We were keen that whoever came in focused on the quality and product range, as this would give the fans the best possible matchday experience.

“I’m delighted to get this deal done, and I’m thankful to Heineken for their commitment to the club, and I’m certain the new range and variety of drinks available will be well-received by fans this season and beyond.”

Gabrielle Lawson (Customer Development Manager – Heineken) said: “We are very happy to be entering into a pouring rights partnership with Scunthorpe United, introducing a great range of brands which we are sure visitors to the Attis Arena will enjoy. Scunthorpe United is a club with a great history, a large fanbase and huge potential as they look to make a return to the Football League.”

Key Accounts Manager for Quando Drinks Lindsay Young added: “We are excited to be partnering with Scunthorpe United, especially in their 125th anniversary year.”
