Iron unveil MEYBA as new Technical Kit Partner

Scunthorpe United is delighted to confirm MEYBA as the club’s new Technical Kit Partner.

With a rich footballing heritage and a proven track record of supplying bespoke designs across the globe - famously including FC Barcelona during their era-defining glory years of Johan Cruyff, Diego Maradona and Pep Guardiola - MEYBA are enjoying a global resurgence that embraces football, music and fashion culture.

Immensely proud of their past, the Spanish brand's focus is now on creating an exciting future that features the Iron as one of its key partner clubs in the UK.

Jonathan Jones, Global Head of Marketing at MEYBA, said: "We are incredibly proud to announce MEYBA as the new official technical kit supplier to Scunthorpe United.

“This partnership brings together two names steeped in football heritage — MEYBA, with its iconic legacy of kitting out European giants and style-defining kits, and Scunthorpe United, a club with deep-rooted tradition and a passionate, loyal fanbase. Following the club’s thrilling play-off victory, this is the perfect moment to mark a new era — one where history meets innovation.

“Fans can expect kits that not only honours Scunthorpe’s proud past but also reflects the bold, ambitious future that lies ahead.”

Matt Roberts, Scunthorpe United CEO, added: "This is an exciting time for Scunthorpe United and as a club we feel that this new collaboration with MEYBA will really resonate with our fanbase.

"Having spoken to all main kit suppliers over the winter, we felt MEYBA offered us something unique: top quality technical apparel for our players, bespoke kit designs that recognise both the club’s history and it’s place at the heart of the community, and a football-focused fashion range that is setting the standard in terrace culture.

"MEYBA have an unrivalled heritage, an exciting future, and we are extremely proud to partner with them in the next chapter of both our stories."

MEYBA supplies professional football teams worldwide, including the Guyana National Federation, San Francisco City FC, and UE Sant Andreu in Barcelona, and have recently signed up with fellow National League side Hartlepool United.
