Open training session and dine with the players at lunchtime next Tuesday

Scunthorpe United are inviting supporters to the Attis Arena on Tuesday, August 25th for a special open training session, followed by a unique Lunch with the Players experience.

With the summer holidays drawing to a close, the club is putting on the event with our younger supporters in mind, providing children with a fun activity and the opportunity to get closer to their Iron heroes ahead of the new school term.

The Attis Arena will open from 10.30am (entrance closes to the ticket office and club shop), with supporters able to watch the first team continue their preparations for Friday's home league encounter against Solihull Moors from around 10.45am. Doors will open early should the demand require it.

Admission to the open training session is FREE, although supporters must book a ticket through Fanbase, with a limited capacity in place for the event.

Following training, Junior Iron supporters can take part in the special Lunch with the Players experience, giving youngsters the opportunity to sit down and enjoy lunch alongside members of the first-team squad.

Priced at just £12 per child, the package includes the same food being served to the players, free squash, and a team poster to take away and get signed by the squad.

Adults accompanying children are also welcome to join the lunch, with adult tickets priced at £10, including the food only.

The event is a great way for our younger supporters to make the most of the final days of the summer holidays, while creating special memories with the players they look up to.

The Lunch with the Players option is available as an add-on during the booking process and must be purchased at the time of booking. There is no obligation to book Lunch with the Players after the open training session, all supporters are able to book tickets for the training session for FREE!
