Squad numbers confirmed ahead of the 2026-27 season

Ahead of the Iron's final pre-season friendly at home to Chesterfield, we can confirm the squad numbers for the new campaign, subject to league approval.

Returning defender Reagan Ogle takes No 22, while midfielder Jordan Richards takes No 19. Vice captain Callum Howe takes No 6, with returning midfield maestro Jacob Butterfield taking on the No 23.

Elsewhere, James Gale takes No 31 and attacker Luke Brennan takes the vacated No 10. Kyle Hurst, who was on loan at the club last season, will wear No 18 this campaign.

Out of the existing players from last season, a handful of players have switched numbers, with Louis Jones allocated the No 1 jersey ahead of the season commencing. Maison Campbell, as a result, moves to No 25. Elsewhere, Connor Smith moves from No 32 to No 17.
