Scunthorpe United is delighted to announce a new partnership with digital agency Res.digital, which has culminated in the launch of the club's brand-new official website.
The collaboration marks a significant step forward in the club's digital strategy, providing supporters, partners and the wider football community with a modern, user-friendly platform designed to enhance engagement and improve access to club news, information and commercial opportunities.
Developed by Res.digital, the new website delivers a refreshed look and feel while offering improved functionality across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Supporters can now enjoy a faster, more intuitive browsing experience, with easier access to everything Iron.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation and growth, with both organisations working closely to create a digital platform capable of supporting the club's ambitions both on and off the pitch.
General Manager James Moody said: "We are delighted to partner with Res.digital and unveil our new official website. As a football club, it is vital that we provide our supporters, sponsors and stakeholders with a modern digital experience that reflects the progress being made across the club.
"From the outset, the team at Res.digital understood our vision and worked tirelessly to deliver a platform that will serve the club for years to come. This is very much a work in progress, but we are already in a strong position. We were keen to take the first step by launching the site ahead of the start of pre-season, and we look forward to continuing its development and exploring further opportunities through this partnership."
Rob Hind, Company Director at Res.digital, added: "We are proud to be partnering with Scunthorpe United and supporting the club's digital development. After meeting with the club, we shared their exciting vision for the future and were immediately enthusiastic about helping bring that vision to life through a modern digital platform.
"As a local project, this partnership holds particular significance for us, and we have a genuine vested interest in seeing both the club and the wider community continue to thrive.
"The new website has been built with supporters at its heart, combining improved performance, accessibility and flexibility to create a platform that can evolve alongside the club's ambitions. We look forward to working closely with James, Jake and everyone at Scunthorpe United as the partnership continues to grow."
The launch of the new website represents the first stage of the partnership, with further digital initiatives and enhancements planned as part of the club's ongoing commitment to improving supporter engagement and strengthening its commercial offering.
Supporters are encouraged to explore the new website and discover the enhanced features now available. The site will continue to evolve over the coming months, with further enhancements already planned, including the launch of a brand-new members' section in due course.
