Left-back Tyler Denton has signed a new one-year deal, extending his tenure with the club into a fourth season.
Scunthorpe United is delighted to confirm that left-back Tyler Denton has signed a new one-year deal, extending his tenure with the club into a fourth season.
Originally joining ahead of the 2023-24 National League North campaign from King's Lynn Town, the 30-year-old defender has become a key player for the Iron, accumulating over 100 appearances.
Manager Andy Butler has relied heavily on Denton, who featured in nearly every match across recent seasons. Last campaign proved particularly productive, as Denton notched his best return for the club with eight assists in 47 games, contributing significantly to the team's success at the National League level.
A former Leeds United academy graduate, Denton aims to build on his strong form entering the 2026-27 season. His consistent performances and commitment have made him integral to Scunthorpe's defensive operations under Butler's management.
