Scunthorpe United is delighted to collaborate further with the Iron Foundation to enhance United supporters’ matchday experience ahead of the new season.
Inflatable football darts will be debuted for the first time at the club’s Open Day on Sunday, July 28th, and will be a feature during a number of matchdays over the course of the 2024-25 season.
Upon the arrival of the new toy, it was the football staff who raced outside to give it a quality control check, with first team manager Andy Butler, assistant manager John Schofield and goalkeeper coach Paul Musselwhite among those to check their skills.
It’s a further step in the right direction as Scunthorpe United and the Iron Foundation look to reestablish the close bond that was once recognised in years gone by.
The club’s charitable arm was also announced as the back of shorts sponsors last week, with the shorts for the new season debuted for the first time last weekend at Winterton Rangers.
